What this notice covers
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit Moppimi, choose a favorite character, contact us or join the Moppimi first-to-know list. Moppimi does not currently accept purchases or payments.
What we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process your email address, the Moppimi you choose, your purchase-interest response, information you send through the contact form, cookie or consent choices, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website such as device, browser, IP-address and usage information.
Purposes and legal bases
If you join the first-to-know list, Moppimi launch and development emails are sent only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time, including through the unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting us.
Technical data that is necessary to operate, secure and protect the website may be processed where necessary for our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Optional analytics, personalization or marketing technologies are used only where the consent required by applicable law has been obtained.

Required technologies may be used to provide and secure the website. Optional cookies and similar technologies are controlled through the cookie choices shown on the site. You can change your choices through the cookie settings where available.
Shopify and other service providers
This website is hosted by Shopify. We may share personal data with Shopify and other service providers only as needed to operate, secure, analyze or communicate through the website. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards are used where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
First-to-know list information is kept for as long as needed for Moppimi launch and development updates, or until you withdraw consent, subject to any legal retention obligations. Other data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal requirements.
Providing your data
Joining the Moppimi list is voluntary. You do not have to provide an email address unless you want to join the list. Joining is free and does not create an order, reserve stock or authorize a payment.
Children
The first-to-know list is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly seek list signups from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without the required authorization, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
